Qloo has a wide range of challenges, and as such, we need developers with a wide range of skills. We seek a highly motivated and hands-on lead developer who is passionate about using technology to solve a dizzying variety of challenges. You must be an accomplished full stack developer who can personally develop any element of the system. You will analyze business and technical requirements, troubleshoot and optimize business critical applications, and build technology with best practices. We use systems ranging from monolithic to microservice, with purposes ranging from AI/ML, React front ends, python, data analysis, etc. While we don’t expect you to be an expert at everything, we do expect you to be a quick study with a broad understanding of how all of these moving pieces fit together.
Qloo is in need of talented DBA to help us with our data pipeline and take massive, structured and unstructured datasets and produce clean output to specification. A thorough understanding of general problems and respective solutions with large-scale datasets is vital. It would be helpful to understand applied statistics including sampling approaches, causal modeling, time series analysis, and data mining techniques. Thorough understanding of deduplicating large-scale datasets and experience with modern solutions like Spark/Hadoop as they relate to large-scale data is a must.
Qloo is looking for a rockstar director of sales to help lead Qloo’s Cultural AI and insights licensing efforts and have a hand in developing and managing a top-notch sales team. The ideal candidate has a proven sales track record and experience licensing Insights data and/or market research products and services to brands and agencies is preferred. Experience in media or B2B Sales generally is a must.
Compensation package will include a blend of basic salary, commission and bonus structure and equity – subject to candidate’s experience. Interview process will consist of initial phone conversation, followed by in-person meeting, and conversation with a few of our key investors.
